My hair is tricky: it’s fine, but there’s a lot of it, and if the wind blows, I’m out of luck and it looks greasy. I’ve tried multiple products over the years, and some worked alright, some weighed my hair down, and some scents gave me headaches. My last shampoo and conditioner were working OK, but I decided to switch it up and try my first ‘natural’ shampoo and conditioner from Field Day.
To put it in perspective, I have to wash my hair daily, which includes blow drying it daily and occasional heat styling on top of that.
I noticed a difference as soon as I got out of the shower. My hair felt lighter, less brittle, and was smooth when I combed through it! I was concerned that the products may weigh my hair down, but to my surprise, it didn’t! I hadn’t realized how dull my hair had looked beforehand and how refreshed it looked after a few days of using Field Day.
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for a little over a month now, and I would definitely recommend giving it a try! I picked the honey almond scent for both the shampoo and conditioner, and it smells delicious! It’s a nice, light, slightly sweet smell that everyone in my family has gone crazy for!
These products are especially neat because they have a natural, plant-based formula and are free from parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, silicone, sulfates, synthetic fragrances and dyes! They’re also cruelty free, which is a huge bonus to me! The shampoo also has argan, olive and avacado oil added to it while the conditioner has vitamin E and chamomile.
I can’t remember the exact price I paid for the bottles, as I bought them at the beginning of January, but I feel like I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth. I’m only about halfway through both bottles, and I’ve used them everyday since the second week in January, but I’ll definitely be using these products again!
